INGREDIENTS
Ham, Water, Corn Syrup, Salt, Sugar, Potassium Lactate, Sodium Lactate, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
All Cloverdale hams are fully cooked and ready-to-eat.
PAN FRY: Remove patty from package and place on small or medium sized skillet. Cook patty for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Turn patty and continue to heat for 2-3 minutes.
OVEN: Remove patty from package and place on baking sheet. Bake for 11-15 minutes at 325°F.
