Servings: 6, Prep Time: 0, Cook Time: 20, Prep Method: Heat. 5 slices Cloverdale bacon-diced, 1/4 C green bell pepper-chopped, 1 C unsweetened pineapple juice, 2 lb. pkg. Cloverdale Lil’ Smokies, 3/4 C ketchup, 1/2 C onion-chopped, 3 T. hot sauce. Fry bacon in a large saucepan until crisp (5 mins). Add onion & green pepper. Cook until tender (5 mins). Stir in pineapple juice, ketchup, & hot sauce, mix well. Add Cloverdale Lil’ Smokies; bring to boil; reduce heat & simmer for 10 minutes.

OVEN: Arrange Lil’ Smokies in single layer on shallow pan. Bake 350F 12-15 mins.
STOVE TOP: Fill medium sized pot halfway full of water. Bring water to boil. Add Lil’ Smokies & let boil for 3-5 mins. Remove from heat & let sit for 3-5 mins. BBQ sauce and/or chili sauce & grape jelly may be substituted for water. Instead of boiling, let sauce simmer on low-medium heat before adding Lil’ Smokies. Heat through.
